Featured on the album are Lalah Hathaway and the R&B/jazz singer Ledisi, who guests on an alternate version of the title track, Rubberband of Life, which appeared on last year’s EP. In April, it was announced that Davis’ full recordings full recordings from his sessions around Birth of the Cool would be coming to vinyl.
